Patricia married Richard G. Schmitt on February 3, 1962 and was a homemaker who raised their three children.
Patricia has been a lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Gambling was her favorite pasttime; the Q Casino was her home away from home. She also enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas with her family. Patricia loved shopping and was an expert at finding the best deal. She was an amazing cook who always made everyone's favorites during the holidays which resulted in having way too much food. Her turkey and dressing will be missed the most. Ca, as she was referred to by her grandchildren, was their biggest supporter and was known to "fix everything." Patricia was the most kind, generous, and loving person and will be missed by many.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Richard G. Schmitt; her daughter Misti (Larry Flogel), and their children, Hunter, Dylan, and Triclyn; her son Brook (Kimberly) Schmitt and their children, Chandler and Lauren; her daughter Laci (Steven) Ernst and their children, Carter, Melanie, Kylie, and Brecker, and brothers and sisters in law, Kenneth Ranson, Kathy (Gary) Sisler, Marc (Dee) Schmitt, and June (Pat) Hancock.
