Peter was born May 8, 1947 in Dubuque, the son of Roy and Rosemary (Strief) Beau. He graduated from Dubuque Senior High School, where at 6'6 he was a valuable member of the basketball team. He continued his education at the University of Dubuque, earning his B.S. He married Tara Martin on August 14, 1970 in Key West, IA. Peter was employed at Dubuque Golf & Country Club, and as a beloved teacher for the Department of Defense Dependent School (DoDDS) in Germany, retiring after 20 years. He was a member of the Conservation Club of Gratiot, WI. Peter loved to garden, planting all kinds of vegetables and fruit trees. He loved to collect and shell walnuts from his many walnut trees. He was a devoted father and grandfather, and loved playing with his grandchildren. He was a wonderful husband to his wife, Tara, who learned to never say she liked something unless she meant it, because Peter would make sure to go back and buy it for her.
Peter is survived by his wife, Tara of South Wayne, WI; two daughters, Melissa Beau-Powell of Rockford, IL, and Tava (Jerry) Frazier of Memphis, TN; four grandchildren, Alec, Peyton, and Carson Powell, and Maya Frazier; his siblings RoseAnn Lightle of Kansas City, MO, Sharon (Ronnie) Juergens of Maquoketa, Roger (Barb) Beau of Vinton, IA, and Jerry (Nan) Beau of Maquoketa; his siblings in law, John (Joanne Georgulis) Martin of Dubuque, Tom (Rhonda Hudgins) Martin of Dubuque, George (Charlotte) Martin of East Dubuque, IL, and Mary (Mitch Eyres) Martin of Dubuque; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; twin granddaughters, Karlee and Kayla Powell; a grandson Jacob Beau; and a brother in law Rex Lightle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the ALS Association.

Steven Eugene "Steve" Pascoe, 66 years young (formerly of DeWitt, IA) passed away peacefully after a brief illness, on February 1, 2019 at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road with Pastor Josh Martyn officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Steve was born to Melvin and Lois (Dietzman) on July 19, in Hazel Green, WI. Steve was raised on a farm in Elk Grove, WI, later moving to Cuba City, graduating from Cuba City High School in 1970. In 1974, he married Deb Arnold in Dubuque, IA and together they raised two strong willed daughters.
Steve retired from John Deere Davenport Works after more than 25 years. He also worked at Coradco Windows, mowed the grass at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery and worked in a butcher shop. Steve enjoyed outdoor cooking, hunting, fishing, working on cars, woodworking and loved his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Deb; daughters Sara (Scott) of Oshkosh, WI and Beth (Justin) Kannas of Willmar, MN; beloved grandchildren Chas (soccer fanatic), Gus (Papa's facetime buddy), Madelyn (social butterfly), and twins - Sophia (Papas Packer's Fan) and Ella (Vikings Fanatic against Papa's wishes); sisters Carolyn Mills, Spring Valley, CA and Cindy (Jim) Farrell of Marshfield, WI; stepfather Guerdon (Roselyn) Voigts of Belmont, WI; step-siblings Harry (Mary) Voigts, Darilyn Gorton, Nancy (Roger) McCarville, Sally (Paul) LaChance; an aunt Ellen Wiegl; sister-in-law Annette Arnold; brother-in-law Mark Arnold; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, infant brother, brothers in law Brian Arnold & Brad Mills, and cousin Phillip Robbins.

Sarah Jean (Pfab) Wolfe, 49, of Peosta died at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 1 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019, from 2 to 6pm followed by the memorial service at 6pm at Kramer Funeral Home, 750 12th Ave SW in Dyersville. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Hills and Dales.
Sarah was born on February 26, 1969, in Dubuque, the daughter of Ernest and Ann (Kramer) Pfab. On November 22, 1997, she was united in marriage to Scott Ray Wolfe at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Garryowen.
Sarah spent her life devoted to serving others. She was an occupational therapist assistant for several years before she became a stay-at-home mom where she always put her children first. When Sarah moved back to this area, she worked at Hills and Dales for eight years where she went above and beyond for her clients. She loved Harry Potter, Supernatural, Bones, and Deadpool. Sarah had great taste in music and the best dance moves. Jack and Envy were her favorite furry friends.
