Beloved great-aunt of Mark Shrigley, Erin Monahan (husband Sean), Andrew Rideout (wife Brittany), Patrick Rideout, Adam and
Heather McQuaig, Owen, Caleigh and Tye Watkins. Devoted great-great-aunt to
Austin, Connor and Jacob Monahan, and expected baby boy Rideout. Special
cousin to George Clayton (wife Sandy). Originally from North Bay, Bea moved
to Capreol with Frank to work at the CNR, retiring in 1986 from the
equipment department. Bea was an avid sports fan with a keen interest in
curling. She was a long time member of the Catholic Women's League of Our
Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Capreol. She was most happy at family
gatherings where her smile would light up the room. Our Aunt Bea was a very
special lady who always presented herself with grace and dignity. Her
strength and courage shown in dealing with her recent illness exemplifies
her extraordinary character and are qualities we can only hope to aspire to.
Her love and devotion shown to all of her nieces and nephews will be
everlasting gifts we will treasure forever. As a devout woman of faith, we
are comforted in knowing that she in now with her Almighty Saviour and in
the arms of our Uncle Frank. She will truly enjoy the reunion with Sheila
and Cliff. Today, tomorrow, and our whole life through, we will always love
and cherish her. We would also like to thank the incredible people at
Community Care Access especially Dr. Linda Tenhunen, Claire Warren and
Nathalie Bureau. Their compassion and guidance we received during this
difficult journey will always be remembered. We are eternally grateful to
all of our friends at Meadowbrook Retirement Village, especially Julie
Nelson and all the PSWs, who always went above and beyond to make sure our
Aunt Bea was safe and comfortable. The people at the Maison Vale Hospice are
our angels of service to others, providing great compassion, respect and
dignity. You truly are making a difference and we thank you. In lieu of
flowers, donations to the Maison Vale Hospice would be appreciated. Resting
